Game code not found/out of export tokens

I sent an email to Redemption@rockband.com last saturday... I hope HMX just show us some consideration and read our mails...it's really frustrating to buy a game and couldn't play in RB2 just because this kind of error... It's unnacceptable. That's it.

Yep I'm having the same error too. Makes me feel a little better that at least loads of other people are getting it too. Maybe something will actually get done. I'm gutted. Having a big RB party tonight and I really wanted to bring in a load of songs from LRB.

EDIT: I go to check the export site again and this time there's an option to choose between Xbox 360, PS3 US, and PS3 EU.

Before it was just Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Maybe that's why some of us got the "unknown region" error?

Too little too late now - it's either plastic minifigs or 45 less songs at this point for us over here - the code fix would still be greatly appreciated though. For next time.

Sigh....this is just rtarded. I've got a North American (Canadian) copy and the same thing has happened to me. Best case scenario is that they take down the site till it's fixed. This is the most annoying thing....they give you a single-use code which the website not only doesn't allow you to validate, but it also LOCKS your one-time use code. Great.

If they didn't lock it, it wouldn't exactly be 1-time use...

I don't know, maybe I've just gone soft from my experience with the PRB promo last summer, but I'm very chill about this issue.

Well, I understand the concept....it's just that 'single-use' implies USE. If it's unable to get through to a valid next screen, I would have thought it wasn't going to lock it....that's all.

I have also got a message about "region" and I emailed to every mail I can find and only redemption@rockband.com replied and they asked me to post them my code, I did that yesterday and since yesterday nothing
I have Xbox360 and at least they changed PS3 (EU and US option) so maybe lets try to do that also with an x360
