    recieved an email from lego support last night saying that its due to the browser either having the pop ups disabled and then wan me to sent them a pic of the receipt and code so hopefully will be resolved this week, sent them the first message yesterday and got a reply the same day so they seem up to date.

    Still haven't received any form of response from HMXHenry, redemption@rockband.com or support@legorockband... Now there's anew support E-mail address... *sigh* I guess I have to try that too... Who do I really have to E-mail to get some assistance anyway???

    I'm frustrated with this as well. I e-mailed in my code last week, which says it has already been redeemed after crashing my browser once. It took a while to get a response, and it was to send a scan of my receipt and code card. Well, luckily I have both, but I don't have a scanner.

    Seriously this is frustrating. I bought RB 1, 2, Beatles, ACDC, Metal, Country, Classic Rock... and now Lego. Downloaded 100s of content tracks. I feel like I am being treated like a criminal for the game using a poor system over the internet to redeem what I really want out of the game.

    Truth is, I could return it to Wal-Mart as defective and get another copy, which is about where I'm at now.

    Well I got an email back and they said they need a scan of my receipt. What do you know, I don't have a receipt because the game was a Christmas gift. Well looks like I'm screwed . No LRB songs in RB2 for me I guess.

    It is truly a very poor system. You would think that they could just check your website-export code to the 'SUPPOSEDLY' redeemed marketplace code, and if it has not been redeemed on a console, re-sending it to you is completely fair and in no way lets renters or used-buyers abuse the system.

    New copy won't work, the code will probably still screw up and you'll be twice as pissed off (happened to a friend of mine who bought it last week as well). This 40-page thread is a testament to the redeeming process being severely glitched right now.

    I just took pictures of my receipt, game and code insert. Surely you have a digital camera or cellphone?

    ...... why don't they just freakin reset the database and let us try again!? i've sent in my scans, got a response saying that i'll get my token, and nothing yet!

    hmx, please get off rbn for a bit and help us with this situation! you would think after all of these pages of members having problems they'd quickly fix this! the game's been out how long now?

    well, I just keep trying on the rockband.com/lego-export, after the "region error" and "code redeemed" error messages, now it says "code not found". . . *sigh* this is getting really aggravating. Suddenly all HMX reps packed their bags and left this thread. . . Thanks a million.

    This occurs when you have actually successfully redeemed the code, but because of issues with the browser, such as using ad-blocking software that blocks the display of the code or generates an error that the code is invalid, or an issue with the website, the code is not displayed.

    Please send us a scan of your purchase receipt and code sheet so we can look up your code. NOTE: A purchase receipt is required as used or rented copies are NOT eligible for a code.

    Also please note in your reply what platform this was for (PS3 or Xbox 360)

    So I quickly put my code sheet and purchase receipt (I bought it from Amazon.co.uk) to the scanner and send them scanned images so now I am waiting...

    Try it again guys.....after reading in another thread that someone tried their code again yesterday, I tried mine as well (I hadn't contacted support yet for mine).

    Just disabled the pop-up blocker and tried it again and it worked no problem. So even if you have contacted support there's no harm in trying this.
