Well to be honest, better chance at ringing the UK number for succession because UK gets the first of anything HMX offers outside of USA & Canada.Read on someone's post that the issue of PS3 export is till unresolved in the USA, I bought the game today & Im really considering trading it back in for cash towards other DLC for Rockband 2

I think il be patient & wait and resume playing Rockband 2 until the Export feature is patched.Until then, Lego Rockband can stay in the box.

"That game code was not found. Please try again."

I've also had the "out of tokens" message.

I'm really starting to lose patience with HMX products at the moment. How difficult is it to test that the system works of EU PS3 users before the game becomes available? I really don't think any testing was done at all.

This just adds to a series of **** ups surrounding Rock Band such as:

20 free songs are incorrect - code gave song pack 1 songs (of which I had all the ones I wanted from that pack anyway).

5 track pack DLC has been more expensive than buying them individually for the last 4 or 5 times.

First Beatles DLC doesn't appear on EU store as advertised.

Last weeks RB DLC doesn't as well.

This weeks RB DLC doesn't too.

All this plus the wait for the games to be released in the UK and still no RB2 generation instruments.

    I'm a very disgruntled customer.

Same problem here, out of tokens....

Bought the game today, official release day, its a UK version from Game........................

I am already p1553d off that I had to buy a UK RB1 and purchase all the DLC again, and now this...

    SORT IT OUT!

I received this response from the Warner Bros support team overnight... it reads:

"This is an issue we are currently investigating. Please send us a scan of your code sheet that came with the game, the token code you were given, and a scan of your purchase receipt."

I had to explain (AGAIN) in my response to the above email... that I DID NOT receive a token code... THAT'S THE PROBLEM.

Sigh... Better settle in for the long haul folks... this just may take a while.

I don't blame you. Harmonix should take down the page (http://www.rockband.com/lego-export) and put up a message apologising for the problems people have been experiencing with it, otherwise there are going to be a lot more annoyed users!

I called the UK again (this time using Skype, so it was a lil cheaper), but was told pretty much the same thing. They're aware of it, are working on it, but have no idea when it'll work. And, this time, the guy I spoke with wasn't sure if the codes would be reset or if i'd have to request a new code.

    So, this just gets better!

We don't know if or when we'll be able to Export the LEGO Rock Band tracks into Rock Band & Rock Band 2.

And, we still have no access to the Rock Band Export Key on the AU PSN Store (yet, XBOX360 users here are able to buy it).

And, the DLC for Rock Band is a week behind. We finally get AFI, but not as a pack. None of this week's DLC (Tom Petty, etc.).

Nor do we have a dedicated LEGO Rock Band area on the PSN Store (as i've heard you guys have in the US... and no Them Crooked Vultures track either).

    This sucks big-time!

Phew. Good thing I decided not to buy the game today and read the forums instead. I had no idea that we European PS3 owners would have this much trouble with Lego RB at launch. I'm seriously thinking about switching to a 360 :P

Fantastic. This ordeal just gets better every day.
Just received an email saying I need to send a scan of my export slip and my receipt. I'm at work at the moment and it's the only place I can get access to a scanner, but the email only just arrived, so that means I can't scan it till tomorrow.

On top of that, I bought my game from an independent retailer, and my receipt doesn't say Lego Rock Band, just "Game Software".

Why do I get the feeling that I'm going to be screwed over?
