Unfortunately yes, I would say so. Most stores only got 50, and I guess some got less than that. The store I went to only had 25. I got there just after midnight and did not get one.

Yes. They handed out the wristbands that gives you a copy before the store opened. Chances are incredibly slim that you would still be able to get a wristband, especially for your desired platform.
