Unfortunately many people don't get that. For example when I saw the Dawn of the Dead remake in the theater some guy brought a kid that must have been five or six. Some people are just idiots.

Actually, I'd have no problem explaining that to my kid

    "What does that mean dad?"
"He wants someone to do a poo on him"
    "Eww, why?"

With the exception of the ****up with exports I'm more than happy with it. Good fun little game with loads of moments that make you smile. Exactly what I would expect and it duly delivers.

I'm sure that a lot of people initially bought this game to treat it as a track pack. I'm one of them. But after playing it I can't get enough. MOAR LEGGGGOOOOO!!!

Like what people have already said...Legos are aimed towards children, not adults. Would they do a Lego porn game just to make the adults happy? No. I look at Lego as an identifiable brand. Anytime you see something with Lego, you just KNOW it is safe for children...

I thought about that too, but you can buy separate instruments...maybe that's what they were counting on? I dunno. Anyway, when the game was first announced I thought it would have been awesome if they made Lego-flavored instruments. The colors, the look with bricks...I know it would've been costly but damn I thought it would have been great. Maybe someone out there modded a drum and guitar somewhere?

Judging from your posts I'm going to venture a guess and say that you have no children of your own and/or you are a child yourself...

They probably were banking on that for sales of individual instruments. But not only can that get very pricey, it can be really hard to find a RB2 set of drums for the Xbox. I'm sure people would see a guitar and drum set in the RB2 bundle for $100 and get that instead of the guitar for $60 and the drums for $90 by themselves.
