Hey there - as we posted in the much larger thread on this issue, we've been in touch with the appropriate parties and the code/export issue should be resolved. We are continuing to pass on feedback to ensure that everyone gets their export code.

The error code you noted above is an error that will require the assistance of Microsoft Support.
