JUST My opinion about the Lego Case

First of all, I appreciate the efforts of HMXHenry and the team who monitor us on the forum, BUT:
1. It is not admissible to release a service so bugged and not tested properly.
2. It is not admissible leave users in the dark for days asking them to scan everything (I'm surprised they didn' want my fingerprints) and then not responding no more.
3. It is inot admissible not to find an alternative solution (sending new tested codes for example) in a "common good sense timing".

Hoping they will fix soon, this is just my humble opinion.

Shows how much some people look at the forum if you can't work out what it's about doesn't it?

The often posted about compaint that the export to everyone bar the Americas being screwed up is what he's referring to. I am equally shocked that they managed to mess it up but it looks like they ARE trying to do something, I suspect now the problem is all their security measures have kicked in meaning while the problem was an issue it logged the usage, but didn't go through. I'm sad to say I think it'll require everyone who's had the problems code to be reset and hope it works afterwards.
