Is there a certain gig that unlocks the Spinal Tap gig?

I've unlocked all songs (including Spinal Taps) but i've never had it come up as a single gig, like all the other songs. Is there a special gig that unlocks that gig?

I've finished the Story and the Rock Marathon. The Endless Setlist is unlocked but I havn't done it yet.

I got it in the Zoo, not sure what gig i did that unlocked it, but it unlocked after I did a "Mystery Setlist".

I think I had to do more gigs at the Zoo to unlock it.

Celebrity gigs appear to be tied to the specific venue. Similiar to the Power Challenges. Though it's possible you may have hit a "glitch" that causes gigs to take longer than normal to show up. (A few users have had gigs fail to unlock until after playing stuff over and over again)
