Export Code Problems

I just bougth the Lego Rock Band Game, and I have use the Export Songs Code, and everything was good but when I put the 25 digits code in the Xbox Dashboard, says a leyend that the code is invalid. I think maybe I copy wrong a digit, so my question is: What I can do now?
I have already sent and e-mail to the support direccion, but they didin´t answer yet.
How long this take?

Oh men, I think it was my fault, or maybe I write wrong the code in the Xbox 360, but that that you tell me I'm not the only one wow, I hope that Support will answer our e-mails soon

I followed all the steps on the insert and the website, went to Redeem Code and Xbox tells me the code is not valid.

I guess I gotta wait like everyone else. ridiculous.

Europe PS3/360 users are all in the same boat whether the codes bounces on the PSN/XBOX LIVE or rockband.com/lego-export
