This thread made me realize I still haven't touched half of the free songs after a year.
On topic, Dead Leaves alone beats out all of 07 and 08 combined.

Really tough call for me, but 07 has classic rock, so it wins.Winner of the "Dumbest post ever...of all time" Medal, 21 Feb 11.

Had to go 09. Close 2nd with 07. Finally 08 wasn't that great for me.

07 - I got all of the songs. Metallica, QOTSA, Police and DBowie packs are all epic and top quality.
08 - I got the Killers pack and a few songs here or there.
09 - I haven't bought DLC since the Queen pack, and it's been even longer since I put in the Rock Band 2 disc, but I think there'll be five or so songs for me there the next time I fire up the Rock Band (probably around when RB3 releases).
