Features would include Vocal Harmonies, Rhythm Guitar, Bass Solos, and I guess some connectivity with the DJ Hero controller on certain songs.

Well, I knew it was Folsom Something, so I could have been like, that song from the studio in Walk The Line.

The Darkness would be better categorized as Glam.
Recommend replacing Heavy Metal Pirates with Death Before the Mast, Captain Morgan's Revenge or To The End of Our Days.
Recommend replacing Laser Cannon Deth Sentence with Dethsupport or Hatredcopter.
Like you said, really heavy on 2000s. Maybe make a DLC schedule for some of it (Tour/GenreRecord Label packs) and fill the spots in with the lacking decades/genres.

Your 1970s selection is pathetically small. Ditto with every other decade other than the 2000s, but with the 1970s the effect is particularly pronounced.

And yeah, you went way overboard with the 2000s. This setlist is incredibly unbalanced decade- and genre-wise.

Oh, and "Fergalicious" would cause me physical pain. For the love of all that is holy, please don't include that "song."
Let the record show that Rock Band 3 has the greatest setlist in the history of rhythm games.

    Suck it, haters.

Well, since I am not much of a downloader, I will add songs to the existing setlist, non of which will be from the 2000's just so I can even the list out.

    Frankenstein is not Prog.

I would not expect to see TSO in a setlist (although I would love it) a Christmas Pack though fits perfectly for them
