Easily, this 12 pack has songs heard by nearly everyone. I think it would be a great pack because Rock Band is in need of roots rock. I would include Fortunate Son master but I think the cover is a pretty good emulation, one of the better covers.

Based on the fact that Harmonix posted an interview they did with John Fogerty and talked about music games and how he has kind of turned in favor of them, I think there may be something in the works down the line.

Mhmmm, I couldn't decide between Keep on Chooglin' or Sinister Purpose for my 12 pack idea. I think I would revise as there is not enough early CCR as opposed to later CCR in my listing.
