I'll buy "Survive" by Lacuna Coil because I only liked that song from their album last year. And "Even Rats", even though I'll never play it on the drums.. maybe sing it, but that's it.

I think it's more the implication that just because you haven't heard of these groups, you have no interest in their music, without even listening. That's the message one could take from your post.

Actually, it was the fact that you said you won't buy any songs you don't know, which isn't really a preference, it's willful ignorance. If you said, "I'll try a few of the unknown for free but I'm more likely to buy songs from people I already know", then I would respect you. Tell me, do you really think that you already know every song you're ever going to like? Or would you rather that someone else tell you what to like, ie top 40 radio?

Your favorite band of all time was once a band you'd never heard of. Just keep that in mind, and check out some of the free demos...you might just find yourself a new favorite band.

30 days exclusive to the 360 once the song hits the store.

After the 30 days are up select tracks will be released on PSN, Wii store.
