I'd very much like to be a part of this, but the only thing I can do that's up to scratch is vocals. However, I can do them for any Beatles song (except maybe some of the ones where Paul goes very high, like I've Got a Feeling), and I can offer harmony vocals for anything that needs them. Let me know what people are working on and what's available, I'm happy to help!

Hah, don't know how that happened. The Rhythm was right, but here's the lead no solo bit.

This was talked about in the original thread. Most likely it'll be various solo verses with several joining for the chorus stuff. A "best of" version will be done so that it follows the original closer. Also, those that submitted lead vocals might want a custom version of themselves singing it all.

    I don't believe I have...
This one doesn't drop some of the notes during the tom rolls, and it has a bit on the ride cymbal just after the first solo, which the first one didn't. Unless he sent me a third track I didn't know about?

ok...it was very late last night and the bit I listened to sounded slower at least. Maybe it's a similar problem I had with Izzy's solos as you are right, the latest one has a cymbal part after the solo.
I am happier with my 2nd attempt at bass btw, but I'll have a go with yours when I get home tonight.

I'll have a solo file of my vocals up later this evening. I already posted one of it with Major_Parts's bass playing behind it, but if we use basskitty's, we can stick all or some of everybody's vocal files on top.

I haven't had a chance to listen to much of the recent guitar stuff, but I'll have a go now.

BTW, you don't have to use my vocals in the final product if you don't want to. The one with me singing is back a few pages.

EDIT: Just listened to the rough cut. Sounds incredible!

And if that's a rough cut, then the final product...

Alright, I'll be able to listen to the new recordings and record a vocal track of my own in a little while.
I'm glad to see so many people volunteering. This project was a great idea!

Wow, basskitty, great voice you've got there! Very Ringo-esque.

    That bass sounds really nice.

Wow. Get some of Izzy and Errant's guitars on there, add vocals, yours on low harmony, Spantasy's on second low, Setherex in the middle, hannie3000 I'm assuming will be high (LOL), and mine if you want it on the highest pitch.

Put a little electric piano on there, mix it up a bit, add a fadeout and we've got our first song!

Maybe even make a video to go with it.

Then, I like the idea of The Fab Forum working our way through the TB:RB setlist.
