I remembered this song by chance. I know I wanted it more than 3 months ago when the game was released. Today is December 17th, Rubber Soul is out, and it is past the 3 month exclusive window.
I wonder if Harmonix forgot to update the PS3 store with this song? I know us PS3 users want it after all.

It is not an exclusive to xbox forever... it's a time-limit .. I talked to Harmonix .. I didn't get a date.. but they said it was "months"

Wasn't the 3-month thing just speculation based on stuff like the Pearl Jam bonus tracks? That has since been thrown off by the Country Track Pack exclusives.

I don't think anyone speculated that because of those. This is console exclusivity, which is different from Disc exclusivity.(PJ Bonus tracks came with buying Ten's reissue which counts as disc exclusivity to me, and I'm the only one that counts)

Even if it was made available right now I wouldnt buy it since I have a feeling MMT will be released and ofcourse has AYNIL.
