That would make a good Mortal Kombat fatality actually.

On topic kinda, is A Hard Day's Night the only song in the game (including DLC) that George plays the 12-string?

    Wrong!

According to a Beatles book I have, (Beatlesongs by William J. Dowlding p. 117), it says George played as Fender Stratocaster [sonic blue tremolo]).

That being said, maybe they're not right all the time. So? It's a game. I forgot that they used a 12-string acoustic guitar (called a Framus Hootenany [sp]) which John had in Help!

No, there's also "Ticket to Ride" where he uses his first 12-string Rickenbacker and "If I Needed Someone" in which he uses his second 12-string Rickenbacker.

well I guess I'll eat crow.

That certainly sounded like George's rick to me. Guess it sounded like a 12 string because John and George were playing the solo in unison.

+1 to you. It's rare to see somebody come back into a thread where they got wickedly burned.

I like the cut of your jib, sir.

I'd have been happier if the solo showed both John and George playing Strats in unison though. That would make for an interesting display.

It's not like they recycled the way The Beatles looked on The White Album for Abbey Road, where John, George, and Ringo spent almost the entirety of the sessions with full facial hair. That would definitely be way below "they're not playing the right instruments".
