Nope, but you can go to quickplay and play all the songs endlessly...

Well, my friends and I were going to have an endless setlist party, but I guess that works just as well. It's not really make or break.

Oh ok, i wasnt totally clear on my description.

There is a make-a-setlist option so in quickplay you can just put all songs into the setlist making it an endless setlist but without an official "endless setlist"

Oh yeah, Abbey Road does have a 16 minute medley if and only if you buy the whole complete the album package.
