why are scores lower on the wii?
is it because the players on other consoles better players or is it actually a different scoring system?

I did it on Sergeant Pepper's / A Little Help From My Friends. Surprisingly, it was with a randomly picked band.

Expert everything
Before the Abbey Road DLC came out, I did it with 2 others on Sgt Pepper. Expert drums, guitar and bass. You can adjust accordingly if you add some vocals.
Posting in a topic about something you don't like just to say you don't like it makes you cool.
Don't like a song? Don't buy that song!
I pointed this out to 11th Lad in a PM after we played tonight, but I thought I would mention it here, in case anyone else is going for the 1,000,000 point achievement:
If you're specifically going for the highest amount of points, and you tend to get 92-95% on Expert, but 98-100% on Hard on any particular song, you're much better off playing on Hard. This is because going from Hard to Expert level gives you only a 25% point premium, but the 4x streak multiplier gives you a 300% point premium. Anything that helps you to keep the 4x streak multiplier (or 6x on bass) for more of the time is worth it. Preserving a 4x streak multiplier is even more important than activating Beatlemania at the right times.
Of course, if you're just playing for fun and you don't care about points, play on Expert, and who gives a darn what the score is.![]()
