Yet another problem with exports...

I am yet another person having issues with exporting the songs. Okay, so I entered my code in at the website and it gave me the "code not found" error. So, I disabled pop-blockers and all that like I was told from customer support and I'm still getting the error. Is there anything else I can do or should I just wait for customer support to respond? Thanks in advance.

I'm now still getting the code not found error along with a HTTP 500 Internal Server error. Is there something wrong the the Rock Band servers so my code is not working? I don't know and I'm starting to get pissed off.

If you are on IE8, hit the compatibility mode button up by your refresh button. That is what did the trick for me

I got a response from redemption@rockband.com and they gave me my token, so all I have to do now is go onto the Music Store and buy the export key, but unfortunatetly, the servers are down at the moment.

I had no problem getting my code or downloading the export key, but it seems the music store server has been down since early yesterday afternoon.
