Is this a bad sign for more TB:RB?

No. How would it be a bad sign? It has nothing to do with TB:RB other than the fact that's Paul McCartney songs.

This could be a good sign of more solo Beatle DLC to come?

It probably is a good sign. The reason why were starting to see Pauls solo work in music games (Guitar Hero: World Tour, and now RB2) because hes still alive. They could easily put in some Ringo solo songs too. I could name about 10 songs for both John and George to be put into RB2.
