I would say the hardest are in order of difficulty:

I saw her standing there. I can do all the riffs but the endurance required makes it a killer.

Helter Skelter....nuff said, maybe should have put this first.

Taxman... purely for the second verse riff which is really annoying

I will say Helter Skelter, it's the only song I haven't five stars'ed yet at expert difficulty.

I saw her Standing There is not that difficult, I just get cramps while playing it.

Helter Skelter is by far the most technically challenging Bass Chart in the game.

I Saw Her Standing There (I think) is the most endurance testing chart in the game.

Overall, I think Helter Skelter is harder, because you constantly have to pay attention for all the little change-ups, while ISHST is relatively simple, and not that fast or difficult if you alt-strum.
