360 Export Download Purchase Problem

My son got Lego RB for Christmas. I went to export the download, and when I select it from the music store, I get an error message saying it can't retrieve the information from live......status code: 800700e8.
It's not my connection because I can do other stuff on live.
Anyone have insight?

You need to use the code on the back of the little leaflet in the case and type that into www.rockband.com/lego-export.

Even that is a challenge in itself considering it doesn't seem to work...

EDIT: It's just worked for me now as I try it... If there's still problems, email Redemption@rockband.com and then once they've reset the code wait about a day to try again.
