game freezes. Common problem?

Man, I tell ya, I feel like I'm back in prepatch RB1 days. My Lego RB game has now frozen on me 4 timesi n the last couple times I've tried to play it. all on load screens at different times (entering tour mode, after gigs, leaving rock den, etc.). Is this a common problem (I saw no threads about it) or am I just having crummy luck. I play on 360 and have it installed to my hard drive, if that means anything.

Oh, and I already know about the reported issues with Hysteria and Rock n' Roll Star, it's not that.

it froze for me once, i just thought my xbox overheated, is that the case with you?

its frozen 4 or 5 times on me in similar scenarios.....

I don't think it's the xbox overheating. it's not a common problem when gaming for me, and i don't usually play for a long enough stretch to cause that to happen.

it was the day after christmas a believe, and i was playing a bunch of lego and the beatles, so that could be why it froze for me

It has frozen for me on loading screens several times. I'm also on a 360.

I was experiencing freezes quite a bit on 360. I did a HDD install and it seems to have scaled it back. I still get them frequently while navigating the rock shop.

I'm guessing there's memory leak somewhere in-game, as my 360 doesn't lock up like that for anything else.

It's frozen once for me in my like 12 hours total of playing so it's okay.

I was just backing out of story to turn off the game so at least I didn't lose anything

I'm on PS3 and I've also had it freeze on me in those same kinds of situations. Lego is definitely the only game that I've had this kind of issue with.
