Confused about stars

How do I get all the stars in any given location? I've played all the songs in each of the places I've got (I'm on the Chopper) and i still don't have all of the stars. Everything I've played is also at 5 stars. What am I doing wrong or not doing?

You still have more gigs to unlock. My band's unlocked the penultimate setlist, and we're still unlocking gigs in the bus and van. Just keep playing.
