Most people tend to enjoy the first version they hear, so no, I like Spector's version also, though I still think the album could be alot better.

Oh sh*t.
If you have to ask, then yes.
Undoubtedly they will use the canon version for any DLC. So if you don't like the original prepare to be disappointed.
Still, I must say I am torn on this topic. I was surprised when I heard Let It Be on vinyl when it was released. It was just so un-Beatles. Yet, it grew on me. I have to say if the Naked version had been released first, I would prefer it. But I have to go with my old love for the original.
Anthology 3 version is great, but I like all of themSure, the spector version is waaaaaay overdone, but it's epic. But i think spector did a nice job overall, especially on Let it Be (The only let it be that has a good guitar solo) and I Me Mine (Always like the spector version better)
The Anthology version of Tomorrow Never Knows sucks. It's interesting as a look at Lennon's creative process, but seriously...it stays on one chord the entire time, whereas in the final version, the chord change on "It is not dying..." is like the best part of the song.
