It's really just the segue between Mean Mr. Mustard and Polythene Pam that you miss out on. You Never Give Me Your Money fades out and the music stops for 2 seconds after She Came In Through The Bathroom on the album anyway.
...And the segue between You Never Give Me Your Money and Sun King... And the segue between She Came In Through The Bathroom Window and Golden Slumbers... And the segue between The End and Her Majesty...
there are a lot of segues. My point is that even though that's the one that does fade out of have a clear end, every time I play it as a setlist, there is always at least ~1 minute of load time between each song set.
If you have to ask, then yes.
You could always get a real giutar/bass/drum kit and play it on that.
