Within You Without You PS3 rerelease?

According to the Heads-Up post for today's PSN update Within You Without You will be made available today for TB:RB:

I'm pretty sure I already got it, although I bought the full album so was it maybe not yet available as a single yet (I doubt it).
Or is this some kind of fix for the problems people were having with "Within You Without You / Tomorrow Never Knows"?

The Within You/Without You single wasn't in the store when I was buying Sgt. Pepper's ages ago for some reason. I'm glad it's finally out now, I have the complete album at last!

I think the original download for the PS3 of Within You Without You contained a bug that wouldn't allow the song to be on the same hard drive as the Abbey Road album. This is probably just a fixed version and if you already purchased it, you can download it for free.

If you look closely, you can see it says PEGI 12.

They fixed it for the US too, it now has corrected album sorting.
