Talking Game Informer's Best Games of 2009

Congratulations to The Beatles : Rock Band for being included in Game Informer's best games of 2009!
Also in the same issue, TB:RB was reader's choice for the best rythm/music game!

What was it included as in GI's choices?
HMX, I love you. You introduced me to my favorite band, The Beatles. And now you're making a game for my first favorite, Green Day. Thank you so much

Obviously the only reason DJ Hero is winning music game of the year from the publications is because it's something new for the genre. The Beatles: Rock Band is by far the more enjoyable experience, better music, etc. DJ Hero has sold horribly and will never be anything more than a "niche" release.

And yet a sequel has already been confirmed by Kotick for next year.

Of course! Haven't you notice their strategies? Releasing over-priced games with 5 sequels/spin-offs a year! The worse of all, is that it barely works!

I like Harmonix strategy, take time to do great games and make them seem new (sort of).
