To All the Drummers who can't wait for Help!...

It's another What Goes On/I Wanna Be Your Man. It's sad but true. I watched the Beatles film Help!, and in the intro it shows The Beatles playing the song, with Ringo in the back, going at stupid speeds. I couldn't find the video, but I could find a cover.

The rest of the album will make up for it, as will every other instrument on this song, but for all us drummers, we're going to be the ones needing help.

It's not that hard. I mean it, it looks like a tier 3 to 4 for me. What Goes On was hard because of the notes being like Can't Buy Me Love, but at a much faster pace.

It's not What Goes On. At all. What Goes On is like two yellow notes together really fast.

Help! is like I Saw Her Standing There. Just a line of fast yellow notes. Not thaaaat hard.

Yeah it won't be near as difficult as What Goes On.

I can't stand I Wanna Be Your Man either. To me they're in the same ballpark. Is there some secret to doing stuff like that without completely destroying my arm?

EDIT: Changed it from I Saw Her Standing There to I Wanna Be Your Man. I'm dumb for thinking it was the first one.

I like playing I Wanna Be Your Man. I think it's because the open hi-hat (could be the ride cymbal, not sure) used in the song is mapped to the blue pad and, therefore, easier to play fast, in my opinion. What Goes On, on the other hand, completely destroys my arm after playing it.

It doesn't really help that I fail it at least once in every playthrough I do of it.

The trick to fast speeds is to relax your arms; if you tense up, you won't be able to keep up with the speed, and you'll really hurt your arm. Try to keep a real loose grip on the stick (without letting go of it) and make sure to keep the stick real close to the pad - you don't have to hit that hard to get the pad to register the hit.
