May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?
It's obvious that the next steps would be an open beta, followed by a promotional lead-up to the big day. But, this morning, when my sleep-clouded brain noticed the "Rock Band Network Opening Tonight!" announcements on twitter, wishful thinking threatened to override logic.![]()
Well, I hope to see some sort of update today.

Like I stated in the other thread, on Xplay John Locke said that the RBN STORE should be open by the end of the month.
I'm thinking that's what this is.
You'll be able to buy the RBN tracks, but the create/review process won't be available to the general public yet.
Destructoid confirming (through HMX) it is the open beta today.

Well hot damn, I can't wait to get home from work now
WHOA. Destructoid says to eventually "expect music from The Shins, Flight of the Conchords, Mudhoney, Sleater-Kinney, and The Postal Service"
EDIT: jumped the gun and got excited before reading the part about the actual Store not opening for a while. Sadness
