No, that $5 key is for exporting the Rock Band *1* songs for play in Rock Band 2 (or Lego).

The Lego: Rock Band export is a completely different process. If you have an X360 or PS3, follow the instructions on the insert card that came inside the Lego: Rock Band game case.
