The title shows the message I get whenever trying to log into the Creators.Rockband website. I signed up for a premium XNA account last night whenever I read about the open beta starting. I just tried it out yesterday night and it worked perfectly fine. I got home today to try to sign in and got the message.

I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

The same thing happened to me. Turns out that the username was defaulting to my email address when it's actually supposed to be just your username. I used to log in with my email address but after signing up for the creators account, apparently that no longer works. Hopefully that helps!
