Is the Hysteria / Rock n Roll Star crash issue sorted on EU PS3?

I know there's an Xbox fix out - but I'm still getting the disc read error on PS3 in the UK.

The game doesn't update when I load it up (and am connected to the net), so does that mean there's still no fix?

I'm in Australia and on a PS3 - there was a v1.01 update patch released around December 17th (approx. 18Mb) which fixed the crash and greyed out songs.

It appears as though some are having problems getting the update. Not sure why.
