Remove Highway?

Is there any way to remove the fretboard or just view the background video for some songs ie. Ghostbusters where it's an elaborate music video but is obstucted by the highway?

If there is such a way please let me know

Look in Options for Performance Mode, that's what removes the note highway.

If you want to make sure the game sounds don't get in the way too much, pick Very Easy vocals and put the mic near a speaker and turn Mic Volume all the way down.
