Lego Rockband Export code

I think I did get the error message first, on my xbox 360 from when you go into the export section from inside the music store from the disc, after that I followed instructions to go to the website that has come with the game, I put the code in there and it said it had already been redeemed.

this can not have been redeemed its brand new and I am the only person who has had access to the slip with the code on???

the only reason i bought the game was to add to my libary on RB2, If harmonix wanted to check my gamertag they can they should be able to see that I have not downloaded the content right????

I also have prove of purchase that this copy is brand new???? will some from harmonix please help me out???

Exactly the same thing happened to me - I bought a brand new copy of the game today, pretty much only to export the songs to RB 2. I entered the code at http://www.rockband.com/lego-export, just like the insert in the case said to, and then entered my code.

It's now at a a random URL (http://www.rockband.com/lego-export/step1/process), with a white background and some kind of error that simply says the following:

"string(31) "Unknown aggregate alias: region"

My code appears to have been used up (It says it's already been redeemed if I try it in another window), and I've not gotten anything that'll let me export songs. An awesome waste of $50, unless someone can help me (I've got a recpeit for today showing I bought the game, and can provide my PS3 profile details so you can see I've not exported the songs :/ )

Did you enter the code, get an error page, then try it again and get the 'already been redeemed' message? Because that's what's happening to 90% of people right now

This is exactly what happened to me. Sent a message to their support. We'll see what happens.

Yeah the game is fun, but I would like to export the songs to RB2, I go round to my cousins like once a month, get a few drinks in and a few other mates, and play RB2 into the small hours,

I have built up a good libery of songs for RB1 export and from the DLC that is available to download, I think almost all the tracks on Lego RB a class just wish they did not have this problem.

That's pretty much where I am. I've emailed customer support, but haven't heard back yet. Have to say I'm pretty upset with the lack of response or similar from Harmonix
