    I emailed the support and got a response, they asked me about what error I got and was the game new, I have emailed them back, just waiting for them to get back in touch

    2nd day of waiting for an email, starting to get on my nerves now. is there a working number in the UK that i can phone and sort this problem out

    Just got another reply asking for the receipt and for the code, I have supplied them with that and sent it back to them, fingers crossed i get a reply today.

    I had the same thing happen to me. I put in my code, got an error message, tried it again and got a message that said the code had already been used. I took the game back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. I got the same thing with the new one. Then I read something in one of these boards and thought that I'd give it a try last night. I went into internet tools and changed my security setting to medium and my privacy setting to low-accept all cookies. After this I went back to the page where you input your code. I typed in my code and I got my token just like that. It's a little weird, but it actually worked. Worth a shot anyway. Good luck!
