Code Problem for X360

It's been days now, and I still haven't got the songs exported. I've tried everything, from entering the code on the dashboard, which didn't help seeing how most of the rows on the code have 4 letters/numbers instead of 5, to downloading the export from the store, which didn't help either, because an error code kept coming up.

Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Are you trying to enter the code on the back of the manual straight into your console? If so, read the WHOLE back of the manual.
