    Downloadable Content on Lego RB

First off. Sorry if this has been covered already in another topic in some way or another but I tried a few key works and was unable to find anything easily that matched what I wanted to ask.

I currently own Xbox 360 copies of Rock Band: Beatles and Lego Rock Band. As I live in Australia Rock Band 2 is apparently not available and as Rock Band 1 is an older title it's pretty hard to find a 2nd hand copy let alone a new copy.

I understand that only "suitable" DLC is available to download for use in Lego Rock Band, however will it ever be possible to "unlock" the game to allow ALL DLC to be played?

My problem is that as Rock Band 1 and 2 are virtually unavailable to me and Rock Band:Beatles will only allow me to use Beatles DLC, Lego Rock Band was my ONLY option to currently access the general Rock Band DLC. Although I am now able to download more than just Beatles content, I am very keen to be able to download many of the songs which I cannot currently due to this limitation.

no. lego rock band is geared to younger audiences and as such only family friendly dlc can be played.

if you scroll to the music library listing under the music tab above. there is a column that lists whether the song is family friendly (FR) and can be played in Lego RB or not family friendly (SR) and can only be played in RB1/2

Thank Mate. I realise that its geared to younger audiences but like I said.. Unfortunately it seems that to many Aussies its our ONLY option. If RB2 was available I would buy it in a flash but alas it would appear that we will miss out plenty of the awesome content.

Apart from parental control there is still really nothing to stop children using other Rock Band content(or any other game) if they own these games. I'd assume the DLC is linked to the profile and could only be used when that profile was logged on so why not allow this content to be downloaded and used with Lego RB or unlockable only with an adult account.

Doe anybody know why RB2 is not available in Australia?
