One issue with exporting after another!!!

Well after getting the same error people seem to be having with the website giving error codes because of browser/pop-up issues, I finally got my code reset and my export license downloaded. i them downloaded the LRB export pack no problem. Now here is the new issue. None of the LRB tracks show up in RB2. I checked my HDD on my 360 and both the export license and LRB export pack files are there. I e-mailed support again but haven't heard back. Anyone have any ideas what the issue may be?

Delete the game cache.

did it and also re-downloaded the export keys for LRB and RB1. everything is working now. thanks

did you buy the export? the download that comes with the code from the website is the key that allows you to purchase the export
