Same for me! I will check all the others out also, but those two are an insta-purchase.

Metal last week, some oldies and others this week. Great to see HMX keeping the variety coming...something for everyone at some point.

Completely agree on this. I think I'm pushing 2 months or more of no dlc. I don't really have any faith in that changing anytime soon from the looks, either.

Yay, Setzer. Yay, a couple of the Otis tracks (I'm Sick Y'all is really really nice). Yay, Chemical Brothers. That one's gonna be a workout on drums.

The Setzer track -- is that the live recording from the Collection album, or is there a studio version? Because if it's the live one, then (1) it may be edited because they do part of the Pink Panther Theme at one point, and (2) BASS SOLO.

Wow...I just realized I haven't bought anything since the 2nd live Tom Petty pack! I usually find one or 2 hidden in the mix... To me Dock of the Bay is more for karaoke than Rock Band. And would have preferred other songs by Brian and Chemical Bros. Oh well...

I hope the peops who enjoy these have a blast playing them! Here's hoping for something for my birthday week!

I don't know any of those artists besides Chemical Brothers (weird incursion I must say), but well, at least they aren't Country.

Liked the variety, good job HMX.

Not surprising about the Otis Redding songs as it does fall on Valentines Week. Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay will be a great feel good song to play every now and then and I'm so gonna buy it. I'm gonna love seeing people try the whistling part at the end of the song too if that has been charted.

Cool they got Brian Setzer but it sucks that it isn't "Jump, Jive And Wail" which is probably the only song most people know from Setzer other than his Stray Cats stuff. Man, Setzer's stuff brings me back to my high school days when Swing Dancing was making somewhat of a comeback.

One of best weeks HMX has done in a long time.

"Stray Cat Strut" and “(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay” are two amazing songs. Will grab those for sure. Will probably grab more Redding too.

I am absolutely disgusted. I know this is a variety of dlc and the famous saying if you don't like it don't buy, but wow this just sucks. They couldn't release any other better singles ? No disrespect to Otis Redding. This is the first time that since Rock Band came out, that it will be 3 weeks in a row I won't be buying any new dlc. It's almost as if the recent dlc was picked up from a piece of crumpled paper thrown in the garbage and someone changed their mind and decided to release it!

Everything this week! Any news on whether it's actually the Stray Cats or if it's some re-recording by the BSO?
