PSN export problem

I'm having the absolute worst time getting my Lego Rock Band export key. When I got the game, I put the code from the voucher into the website, but it said it had already been used. I got in contact with the LRB support people and sent them a scan of my receipt and voucher and they sent me my PSN code. I put that in, but it said that it was incorrect or invalid. When I e-mailed the LRB support people again, they responded with the EXACT same code they sent me before. I e-mailed them back to tell them that but I haven't heard from them, which is a bit disappointing as they were previously pretty fast with their responses.

Anyone else have this issue and get it resolved? As much fun as the game is, I'd really like to be able to add to my RB2 library so I don't have to keep switching discs to play all the songs.

LRB support people came through with a working code. The system works!
