Can someone explain to me what effect EMI selling/revitalizing a recording studio would have on the availability of DLC?
A great deal, theoretically. HMX has said that for every song they wanted to add to B:RB, they had to personally separate out the tracks at Abbey Road itself; they couldn't simply get masters sent to them. If ownership of the studio or use of its equipment became a problem, that'd definitely affect any DLC in the future unless Apple Corps let Harmonix have the masters outright, which isn't too likely![]()
