Every song is a total delight, far catchier and more memorable than their contemporaries. I can't think of a better album from the mods, revivalists or not.

Former members of Th' Faith Healers bust out a really laidback fusion of indie pop/rock, krautrock, and space rock.

Recommended If You Like: Pram and Can's rhythm section covering The Swirlies on downers.

Suma - Let The Churches Burn
Genre: Doom/Sludge Metal
Year: 2006

Probably the best doom Sweden has to offer.
Pretty much every style of the genre is hit out of the park here with the exception of epic doom, which has no place here.

Recommended If You Like: Electric Wizard, Sleep, Corrupted, Acid King, Ramesses, and Mammatus.
