The Spectacle - I, Fail
Genre: Neo-Crust/Post-Hardcore
Year: 2005
Commonly mislabeled screamo, these guys were actually an early example of the growing "neo-crust meets post-rock" sound. Anytime a single breakdown can remind me of His Hero Is Gone, Mogwai, and Neurosis all at once I'm pretty much sold.
The Spectacle was yet another fantastic band associated with Crimethinc, though they were from Norway.
Recommended If You Like: His Hero Is Gone, Fall Of Efrafa, Victims, Perth Express, Alpinist, and Ekkaia.
Download the album via last.fm.
