Nothing wrong with Opera man, I'm actually lookin forward to listening to it a fair bit.

Doctors Of Madness - Figments Of Emancipation
    Genre: Glam Rock
    Year: 1976

Incredible mix of glam and proto-punk with enough progressive touches to really stand out from the pack.
The fact that just over 350 last.fm users have scrobbled this album is a major bummer this morning. These guys are legends to anyone who really knows what's up with the seeds of new wave.

Recommended If You Like: David Bowie, Roxy Music, Japan, Mott The Hoople, ****ney Rebel, and Ultravox.

    Suicide City
    Marie And Joe

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Scatter - Surprising Sing Stupendous Love
    Genre: Free Folk/Free Jazz
    Year: 2004

Merging free folk and free jazz so fluently and with so much excitement is one thing, but also backing it up with awesome songwriting and capable musicianship really makes it hard to not love this album.
Strange how unknown these guys are, considering they're quite a lot more accessible to virgin ears than any of the artists listed below.

Recommended If You Like: Sun Ra, Sun City Girls, Pharoah Sanders, Jackie-O Motherf*cker, Vibracathedral Orchestra, and The No-Neck Blues Band.

    Sample via boomkat.

I could be wrong, but I think the Japanese reissue just adds some extra tracks at the end.
There was a compilation called Smoke that had the album minus a track with some extras thrown in, but this is supposed to be a reissue so I can't imagine anything's missing on that version.

Yeah, just downloaded it and it just has 4 extra tracks at the end. Looks like a high quality rip too, though I haven't listened to it yet.
