Afterstasis can upload stuff, but often at a slow pace due to his location. I just made the blog to help him and everyone else who's interested in the blog with getting a digital copy for listening.

Excellent Welsh folk that keeps the acid subtle enough for less adventurous listeners who consider Donovan "really crazy stuff".
Recommended If You Like: Syd Barrett, Bob Dylan, Donovan, Van Morrison, Bert Jansch, and Mark Fry.
Sample the album on myspace.

done some work on the OP with a tentative list of the genres and then a list of all the albums (hope i didn't miss any).
got any comments/pointers before i start sorting everything out?
i assure you this will be your only chance 'cuz i'm not doing this again. i'm terrible at being neat and organized.

Linking to the posts in the thread would be nice, but I understand how hard that can be to do.

the main problem i'll have with doing anything like that would be the character-limit per post (i suspect i'm already pretty close to it, actually).
also, i'm too lazy to bother... folks can just use the "search this thread" function.
i'm considering branching the alt/indie genre in two since it's going to be heavily populated, but i'm not sure how i should do it...
i'm thinking i'll drop indie and post-rock under an "indie" tag and then shoegaze, post-punk, and alt-rock under "alternative"... there may be a few annoying crossovers, but i can't think of a more elegant solution.

I see no problem with that separation.

ok, i think the OP's done unless someone can find any faults...
i added a section for avant/noise rock simply because i post a fair amount of that stuff and i couldn't figure out where to put it.
with the current setup each genre's listing are from newest to oldest, so updates will be found at the top of their respective genre.
also, this will really help me keep up with which genres need more immediate love... get hyped country and reggae fans.
