    No. But you can always contact the band and/or their label and try to persuade them to RBN-it yourself. That's how a lot of bands got into the Network....

    Fleet Foxes are apparently going to have my two favorite songs of theirs on RBN...superb! Here's hoping they signed on to make them available on PS3.
