For some reason, my favorite line reading in the show was the one where Robin's describing the mall wedding she had, and mentioned that she chose a sax in her orchestra because she loved "that smooth alto sound."

Of course, that episode was HIMYM in peak form and probably my favorite, so there's that.

Another one on my 'to watch list'. So many season finales, so little time.

The only one I've been able to watch so far has been HIMYM. It was good, but nowhere near as fantastic as it was hyped up to be. The Ted thing didn't have that much impact because the girl, even though she's easily the most likable girlfriend he's had on the show, doesn't match up with any of the clues we have about the mom so far (met her at a wedding, she was the roommate of that other girl he dated, she was at the St. Patrick's Day party). The final twist was something you saw coming from a mile away as well, and is kind of a pity, because it seems like an easy way out.

That being said, Barney's magic trick and Marshall at the ATM were comedy gold.

All right, one more season finale down: Fringe. You could kind of tell that they had expected that this could be the series finale, because everything was wrapped up rather neatly (maybe a bit too neatly?) except for the final scene. It was good, but far from the best season finale they've ever done.

I will say, though, that that interrogation scene was the creepiest ****ing thing I've seen on TV in a long time. The combination of that smile, the eye thing and the distorted voice babbling... holy crap.

That episode was brilliant. And is it just me or was that a Sabrina the Teenage Witch running joke in the last episode?

Painfully, but it does kind of suck how Bob Saget said the wedding was bad or problematic or whatever he said. Want to see how that ends up. There was a good Reddit comment on the finale.

    Of course.

Much as I hate Sony and NBC for not taking Harmon up, I'm curious to see what the new showrunners will bring to the formula and will watch it for the cast chemistry.
