It will vary, depending on what is ready to go.

Right now there is a backlog to get out the door. The first wave of 100+ has been ready to go. Many more (such as ones today) were either just finishing up approval before launch, or were waiting for legal clearance to make sure licenses were secured.

Songs appear on the XBL Marketplace automatically, but the in-game store itself has to be refreshed by HMX. They plan to do it daily for now (but probably not on weekends). Refreshes might be done less frequently in the future depending on how many songs are getting approved each day.
