Having Trouble

Ever since friday ive been so excited to get some of the songs on rock band network, however i cant actually download any. For every song i try to download i receive an error message along the likes of : "Xbox live cannot retrieve information at this time. Try again later."

I tried rebooting modem, deleting cache etc. however nothing seems to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm having trouble just accessing either the RBN or Store, I hear EA servers are down in various places and I couldn't get a game on BFBC2 tonight so I'm guessing I'm just going to have to sit tight.

I'm having some other issues. Songs I downloaded (and played) are not showing up on my list of songs to play. They show as purchased in the store, but "redownload" button.

I tried downloading from my account at Xbox live on the PC - it showed them as downloaded, but does not show up in the playlist afterwords. - There are 5 songs doing this.
